Jogging in the countryside created by DALL·E 3

On December 21, 2023, I walked over 100,000 steps in a single day (103,158 to be precise). This is equivalent to approximately completing two marathons in a day. The day before and the day after the 100,000+ steps achievement, I maintained my routine without encountering any issues.

I am also on track to cross 8 million steps in total this year, equivalent to about 22,000 steps a day, every day for the entire year. I have previously completed 100+ hours of cardio training in 8 weeks (almost 2 hours of cross-training at moderate-high intensity every day without any break for 56 days), completed 638 hours of cardio training for 2 years, taken 20,000+ steps every day for 133 days without fail, and have, to date, completed several such personal challenges.
