Thanks for the comment Michael. And I have a very similar experience with similar tools. I would use them as a starting point to give me a quick analyses and then I will dive in to get the model better according to the application (this reminded me of the classification app in Matlab where one could develop all sorts of classifiers instantly but it was clear from the onset that this approach gives you a start, and you can then dive in deeper to customise a specific model)....
